Identified Issue: Attempting to retrieve the RFI CSV generates error
Resolution: Fixed error to load CSV

Identified Issue: One discipline initiating a response can be amended and issued by another user with the same discipline
Resolution: Fixed so a different user can see the initiated response, but cannot edit.

Change Order

Identified Issue: Adjusting previous and revised contract amounts are not saved
Resolution: Adjusting previous contract amounts are now saved once the Change Order is saved, issued or a print preview is selected.  Revised Contract amount will now automatically calculate.
