General Contractor Reporting

Version 8.25.0 we are introducing a new General Contractor Report for Supplemental Instructions, while enhancing the RFI and Submittal General Contractor Reports.  See below for more details.

Supplemental Instruction Report

Located from the Supplemental Instruction Search page, the “General Contractor SI Report”, is only accessible for those in the General Contractor role.

Highlights:

  • Consultant SIReference column displays the Consultant Recommendations linked to the SI
  • Date Rec’d and Issued column displays the issued date of the SI

Submittal Report

Based on user feedback, we have made adjustments to the content that is displayed in the General Contractor Submittal report.  Located from the Submittal Search page, the “General Contractor Submittal Report”, is only accessible for those in the General Contractor role.

8-25Highlights:

  • Sub Trade is documented as the project participant identified in the “Person Responsible” field, as specified in the Submittal
  • 8-24Response Time
    • Response Time (Days) is calculated as the difference between the date the first transmittal was issued and the date the last transmittal was issued.
  • Average Response Time
    • Located at the bottom of the report, the Average Response Time is calculated for all Submittals included in the report.

RFI Report

Based on user feedback, we have made adjustments to the content that is displayed in the General Contractor RFI report.  Located from the RFI Search page, the “General Contractor RFI Report”, is only accessible for those in the General Contractor role.

8-25-2Highlights:

  • Division – Disciplines a response to the RFI was requested from
  • Distributed Date – Date(s) the RFI Forwarded was issued to the identified Sub-Contractor(s)
  • Response Sent To – Which Sub-contractors were forwarded the RFI

The report is now color coded based on the below criteria, which relates to the Legend displayed on the report.

  • Open: Initiated RFI’s
  • Pending: Required by Date has not passed for all non-initiated RFI’s
  • Overdue: Required by Date has passed for all non-initiated RFI’s
  • Closed: Closed RFI’s
