Enhancements
General
- Updated the list of documents included in E-mail Subscriptions for Change Directive and Change Order. For details on the documents included in E-mail Subscriptions, please refer to the Onware User Guide:

- When a New User account is created and associated to an existing company, using the “Create New User” button within a Meeting, Transmittal, or Site Visit , Onware will copy the Company name and address into the User’s account
Documentation
- Updated the subject line of Documentation E-mail subscriptions to include the “type” selection of the Documentation.
- Implemented a “Restrict Access” setting. This setting will default the “Limit Access” checkbox to be enabled for every Documentation document created
Clarification Request

Request for Information
- Added a column to display any linked Subcontractor Request For Information documents associated with the RFI within the RFI General Contractor report
Submittal
- Search filter selector for “Types” improved to allow selection of multiple options
- Mark returned added as an option in “Select an action” drop down
- New Search criteria to limit search to only display latest version of Submittal
Quotation worksheet
- List of subcontractors sorts by Company
E-mail Log
- Administrators can now search E-mails across multiple projects
Contracts
- Renamed “Substantial Completion Date” to ” Substantial Performance Date”
- Renamed “Contract Completion Date” to “Contract Completion Certificate Date”
- Remove “Partial Substantial Performance Date” and “Actual Start Date” fields
- Added additional information to populate when exporting data into a CSV
- Added audit information
Progress Claim
- New Search criteria to limit search to only display latest version of the Progress Claim
Field Order
- Added additional keyword search criteria
Change
- When the “issue & create CO” button selected, the data within the Change’s “Time Impact” field will populate in the Change Order’s “Time Impact” field
- If a project has only one Contract, the Contract will automatically populate when creating a Change
Change Order

Person Directory
- Person Directory search results table now includes a column to identify whether the User Account is active
Transmittal
- When creating a Transmittal, you can now type a person’s name to search for an active User account across all projects
Supplemental Instruction
- The “Document to issue” drop down automatically be selected if the project only has one “Document to issue” configured for the project
Fixes
Quotation
- Contract Administrator was directed to the incorrect page.
- When Quotation is associated with a Change Directive, selecting “Re-quote requested” generated error.
Change Directive
- When a User has “Contract Administrator” and “Owner’s Project Manager” access, the User was directed to the incorrect page when a Change Directive is in the status of Issued.
- Contract Administrator was able to issue Change Directive for pricing when “Automate pricing” setting was turned off.
Field Order
- Error received when creating additional Field Orders on a project with only one contract.
General
- Updated spelling mistakes found in Company creation profile.
- Alternate disciplines requests were not generating an Action Item
Request For Information
- Keyword search using “questions/response” or “suggestion/comments”
Consultant Recommendations
- All Consultant Recommendation statuses are available for e-mail subscriptions
Site Visit
- When a Site Visit is created and the discipline abbreviation is altered, a new Site Visit was unable to be created
- Implemented restriction of file types to pictures when uploading into items
